“I started diving about a year after my husband got certified. I was quite satisfied with snorkeling but every time my husband came out of the water, he told me new adventures and about the things he saw. I decided to give it a try and fell in love with it immediately !”

“We were always taking photos underwater when we snorkeled, so I think it was a natural draw to begin investing in camera gear. Again, my husband started first and then I started soon thereafter. We were hooked with catching shots of beautiful and amazing marine life. Videography soon became a passion as well because we enjoyed capturing marine animal behavior. Some have such quirky behaviors !”

“I grew up in California along the coast in Newport Beach, so swimming and the ocean have always been a part of my life. The ocean brings me a sense of peace and awe.

“My favorite aspect of being underwater is the state of weightlessness and feeling the water massaging my body. It is so amazing to breathe underwater and get up close and personal with marine life. I love seeing how this beautiful ocean ecosystem is all intertwined.

“Scuba diving has changed my life by giving me an avenue for creativity. My photography and videography allows me to express myself in ways that others do through painting, drawing or creating music. I feel so privileged to be close to underwater life. I am blessed to spend much of my life with my fish friends.”
